Questions

Before you call

What does a pickleball court slab actually cost?

It moves with site conditions more than with court size. A level backyard with good access is a very different job from a sloped lot that needs retaining and drainage. We price after we see the site, and the estimate is written.

How much space do I need?

The playing area is 20 by 44 feet. A comfortable slab is 30 by 60 feet so there is run-off room behind the baselines. We can build tighter if the lot forces it.

Do you surface the court too?

We build the slab and coordinate the surfacing. If you already have a surfacing contractor we hand off to them at the tolerance they specify.

Do you work for condo associations and clubs?

Yes. Community associations and clubs are a large share of our work. We can provide a certificate of insurance naming the association and work to a board approval timeline.
