The company was founded in 1995 as Concrete Solutions Plus, a small concrete contractor serving the South Shore of Massachusetts. In 2021, the business was rebranded as Concrete Solutions & Waterproofing to reflect the expanded scope of work, which now includes commercial and residential foundation waterproofing alongside concrete and masonry.
Over 30+ years, what started as a one-truck operation has grown into a full-service concrete, masonry, and waterproofing contractor licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with crews working from Worcester to Plymouth, from the North Shore to Providence.
Today we handle everything from residential foundation repairs and chimney rebuilds to commercial parking decks, HOA common-area concrete, structural slab repairs, and engineered repairs working from stamped plans. We carry MA HIC 203912 and RI GC-49650 plus full commercial general liability insurance.
What sets us apart isn't a flashy sales pitch. It's three things: we show up when we say we will, we leave job sites cleaner than we found them, and we stand behind every weld and every cubic yard. Our scaffolding is owned, not rented. None of this is glamorous. All of it matters.
