Entry-level position. Mixing, pouring, finishing concrete. Tearing out and setting up forms. Brick and block work. We train the right person.
Requirements: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, willingness to learn, show up on time every day.
Brick repointing, CMU block walls, chimney repair, stone work, masonry restoration. Work from drawings or scope sheets. Take ownership of your work.
Requirements: 3+ years masonry experience, own basic hand tools preferred, ability to read scope of work documents.
Lead a 2-4 man crew on commercial and residential jobs. Read plans, coordinate with GCs and property managers, hit production targets, keep job sites clean and safe.
Requirements: 5+ years concrete experience including 2+ leading a crew, OSHA 10 minimum (OSHA 30 a plus), ability to communicate clearly with office and clients.
Interior French drain systems, sump pump installation, foundation crack injection, exterior waterproofing membrane application. Some training provided.
Requirements: 1+ year construction experience, comfortable working in basements and crawl spaces, good attention to detail.
Interior waterproofing, basement work, and commercial repairs keep us busy through the winter. No "see you in March" layoffs.
Pay based on experience and what you actually bring to the crew. Reviews and raises tied to performance, not seniority alone.
Laborer to mason to foreman is a real path here. Our current foremen all came up through the crew.
