When a sidewalk, slab, or set of steps sinks, the concrete is usually fine, the soil under it settled or washed out. Rather than tear it out and repour, we lift it back to grade by injecting expanding polyurethane foam through small holes. The foam fills the voids, raises the slab, and stabilizes the soil. It's faster, cleaner, and far cheaper than replacement, and it's ready to use almost immediately.
