We have been fixing foundations, drying out basements, and restoring masonry across Eastern Massachusetts since 1995. We are hiring for 7 roles across our Braintree office and our field crews, from entry level management to experienced concrete, masonry, and waterproofing trades.
Applications go straight to the owner. We reply to every applicant.
Our work is South Shore based, Braintree out to Quincy, Brockton, Plymouth, and Taunton. We do not take work north of Boston.
We are a licensed home improvement contractor with a 5.0 rating on Google and 40 towns in our regular service area. We are small enough that the owner knows your name and big enough that there is steady, year-round work. Nobody here is a number on a spreadsheet in a regional office.
We are currently hiring seven roles. Office and management: Project Manager ($50,000 to $75,000 per year, entry level welcome), In-Home Sales Estimator ($50,000 base plus uncapped commission, estimated $100,000 to $150,000 total), and Office Manager ($28 to $35 per hour). Field trades: Concrete Finisher ($30 to $40 per hour), Mason and Bricklayer ($34 to $46 per hour), Skilled Laborer ($26 to $34 per hour), and Waterproofing Technician ($27 to $37 per hour). All roles run out of our Braintree, MA office and work the South Shore.
Our office is at 150 Grossman Drive, Suite 205, Braintree, MA 02184. Field roles report to jobsites across 40 towns in Eastern Massachusetts, mostly the South Shore and Greater Boston. The Office Manager role is on-site in Braintree.
It depends on the role. The Project Manager position is explicitly open to entry level candidates including recent graduates and tradespeople moving off the tools, and we train you. The Sales Estimator and Office Manager roles ask for 2+ years of relevant experience. The field trades want real crew time: 3+ years for a concrete finisher, 5+ years for a mason, and 2+ years for a skilled laborer. For the Waterproofing Technician role we will train the right person who has solid concrete or general construction experience.
The office and management roles include a health insurance contribution, paid time off, and paid holidays, and the field management role adds a company truck or vehicle allowance plus a company phone and tablet. On the trade crews we supply all tools, equipment, and staging, run year round work so you are not laid off between seasons, and pay by direct deposit through ConnectPay. We pay for OSHA certification and support Construction Supervisor License training for the Project Manager role.
Fill out the application form on this page or on any individual job page. Attach a resume if you have one. If you do not have one ready, describe your experience in the message box and we will still read it. Applications go straight to the owner and we reply to every applicant.
Yes. Spanish or Portuguese is listed as a plus on several of our roles and is genuinely useful across our crews. Our field documents are printed in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. It is never a requirement to apply.
These seven roles are what we are actively hiring for right now. If your trade is not on the list but you work in concrete, masonry, or waterproofing on the South Shore, send your information anyway and we will keep it on file and reach out when something opens up.
