We are hiring an Office Manager to run the business side of the office. You will be the person who makes sure invoices go out, bills get paid, the phone gets answered, and nothing falls through the cracks. You will also own job costing, which means you are the one who tells the owner which jobs are making money and which ones are not. This role has real ownership. If you like being the person who keeps a company organized, this is that job.

Neither. This is an on-site role at our office at 150 Grossman Drive, Suite 205, Braintree, MA 02184. You are often the first person a customer talks to, so you need to be in the office.
It is strongly preferred but not required. We are looking for 2+ years in office management, bookkeeping, or business administration, with working knowledge of QuickBooks Online. Construction, home services, or trades experience helps you get up to speed faster.
Job costing means tracking labor and material costs against each job's budget. You own those records and report variances to the owner weekly, flagging jobs trending over budget while there is still time to correct. It is the part of the role with the most ownership.
You will process weekly payroll and review crew time cards, so payroll comfort matters. If you have solid AP, AR, and bookkeeping experience and can handle financial information confidentially, we will work with you on the rest.
Send your application straight to our hiring team. Attach a resume if you have one. If you do not have one ready, tell us about your experience in the message box and we will still read it.
