Entry level welcome. We will train you. $50,000 to $75,000 per year Based in Braintree, MA.

Monday to Friday, day shift. 1 opening. In business since 1995.

Concrete Solutions and Waterproofing is hiring a Project Manager in Braintree, Massachusetts to run three to four active residential jobs at a time. Pay is $50,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience. This is a field role, not a desk job, and it is open to entry level candidates including recent construction management, civil engineering, building science, and architecture graduates as well as tradespeople moving off the tools. We provide training, company paid OSHA certification, a company truck or vehicle allowance, health insurance, and paid time off.

About Us

Concrete Solutions and Waterproofing has been fixing foundations, drying out basements, and restoring masonry across Eastern Massachusetts since 1995. We are a licensed home improvement contractor (MA HIC #203912) with a 5.0 rating on Google and 40 towns in our regular service area. Most of our work is residential: foundation crack injection, basement waterproofing, sump pumps, bulkheads, repointing, chimneys, patios, walkways, and garage floors. We also take on small commercial work for local property managers, condo associations, and facility managers.

Position Summary

We are hiring a Project Manager to run three to four active jobs at a time. This is a field-focused role. You are on site with the crews, not behind a desk. Our office handles job costing and billing, so your focus stays on execution: schedule, materials, crew, quality, and the customer.

This role is open to entry level candidates. If you recently finished a construction management, civil engineering, building science, or architecture program, or you have worked in the trades and want to move into management, we want to talk to you. We will train you on our systems, our scopes, and our standards. What we cannot train is showing up, paying attention, and caring whether the job is right.

What You Will Do

  • Manage three to four active projects at a time from contract signing through final walkthrough
  • Walk each job before start to confirm scope, access, staging, and site conditions
  • Coordinate crew assignments and daily schedule with the operations manager
  • Order concrete, block, mortar, rebar, and materials and confirm delivery windows
  • Pull building permits with local departments and schedule inspections
  • Be on site daily to direct crews and check quality, progress, and safety
  • Be the single point of contact for the homeowner, condo board, or property manager
  • Identify field conditions that fall outside the contract and get change orders written and approved before work proceeds
  • Document job progress with photos and daily notes
  • Run the final walkthrough, close the punch list, and confirm the customer is satisfied
  • Hand complete job documentation to the office for billing

Who Should Apply

We are open on background. Any of these fit:

  • Recent graduates in construction management, civil engineering, building science, architecture, or a related field. No professional experience required
  • Tradespeople, laborers, or crew leads looking to move off the tools and into project management
  • Assistant project managers, project engineers, or field engineers ready to run their own jobs
  • Experienced project managers from residential or light commercial construction, concrete, masonry, waterproofing, or foundation repair

What We Are Looking For

  • Willingness to be on job sites every day in all conditions. This is not an office job
  • Ability to read residential plans, or the aptitude and willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong field presence, or the confidence to build one. You will be directing crews older and more experienced than you
  • Direct, professional communication. Homeowners are living in the house while we work
  • Organized and reliable. Three jobs at once means nothing can be forgotten
  • Comfortable with mobile apps for scheduling, photos, and time tracking
  • Valid driver's license and clean record
  • OSHA 10 or 30, or willingness to obtain. We will pay for it
  • MA Construction Supervisor License (CSL) a plus, not required. We will support you in getting one
  • Spanish or Portuguese a plus, not required

What We Offer

  • $50,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience
  • Hands-on training and direct mentorship from the owner
  • Company paid OSHA certification and support toward your CSL
  • Health insurance contribution
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Company truck or vehicle allowance
  • Company phone and tablet
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • A real path to growth. We are expanding, and the person who learns this role well will have more responsibility and more income within two years
