You will place, screed, float, and finish residential flatwork and foundation work and own the finish. Year round work, Braintree based, with jobs running Quincy to Plymouth. Tools, equipment, and all staging are supplied.
Concrete Solutions and Waterproofing has been fixing foundations, drying out basements, and restoring masonry across Eastern Massachusetts since 1995. Most of our work is residential: patios, walkways, garage floors, foundations, bulkheads, and basement waterproofing. We also run small commercial work for property managers, condo associations, and facility managers.
We are hiring an experienced concrete finisher. You are placing, screeding, floating, and finishing on residential flatwork and foundation work, and you own the finish. Crews run two men on most jobs, so you are working, not watching.
One thing to be clear about up front: we are a small crew and everyone works across trades. When flatwork is slow you may be tying steel, setting and stripping forms, or helping the waterproofing crew on an interior job. If you only want to finish and nothing else, we are not the right shop.

Finishing is your primary scope and where you will spend most of your time, but when it is slow you will be helping on masonry or waterproofing. That flexibility is part of how we keep people working year round instead of laying off between seasons.
Yes. Many of our crew speak Portuguese or Spanish. Our field documents are printed in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
