Bollards protect buildings, storefronts, gas meters, and equipment from vehicle strikes, but only if they're set right. A bollard is only as strong as its footing: a steel pipe set in a proper concrete foundation and filled with concrete will stop a vehicle; one set shallow in dirt will fold over. We install schedule-40 steel bollards in engineered concrete footings, filled and finished, to actually do their job.
