Industrial Site Concrete

On an operating site the concrete work is rarely one item. The equipment pad needs a trench drain beside it, the drain ties into the yard grading, the yard needs curb and bollards, and the dock apron is failing at the same time. Split across three contractors that becomes three mobilizations, three schedules, and a lot of pointing at each other over the joints where the work meets. We take the exterior scope as one package: demolition and removal, base and grading, the pours, the embeds and steel, and the phasing that keeps trucks moving and equipment running while it happens.
